 Victor KADIATA KADIATA is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Vaal University of Technology. He is a specialist in the development of Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications. He joined OSFAC in 2015 as Database Administrator and Software Developer.

He participated and developed several applications of which the best known are: OSFAC-DMT online and desktop, OSFAC-TMT, Carbon Map & Model. He has a perfect mastery of the development of applications in Java language and creation of dynamic websites.

Lise-Olga MAKONGA is an Economist, specialist in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the University of the Protestant in Congo-Kinshasa since 2011. Lise-Olga MAKONGA intègre l'OSFAC en 2013 pour une formation professionnelle d’une année en SIG, GPS et Télédétection. En 2014, OSFAC la recrute comme consultante GIS et Responsable adjoint de son laboratoire SIG, Cartographie Numérique et Télédétection installé dans le bâtiment de la Faculté des Sciences Agronomiques de l’Université de Kinshasa où elle intervient comme formatrice SIG (GIS Trainer).



Son souci de rallier ses connaissance en économie à la géomatique, lui a permit d’avoir dans ses actifs une publication sur la : « Télédétection appliquée à l’évaluation économique et sociale des écosystèmes marins : Cas du parc marin des mangroves en RDC ».

Judith Mongai is an Agronomist Engineer in Natural Resources Management, Fauna and Flora, Diploma obtained in 2020 at the University of Kinshasa (Unikin). At the laboratory of the Satellite Observatory of Central African Forests (OSFAC) at Unikin, Judith MONGAI supervises the practical work of students from different faculties and strengthens the capacities of partners in Remote Sensing, Geographic Information System (GIS) and data collection with modern GPS, Smartphone and KoboCollect tools etc....



Since 2023, Judith MONGAI has been involved in the implementation of OSFAC projects and programs on forest monitoring by remote sensing, restoration of forest landscapes, mapping of forest and bush fires using satellite data.

Joel Tungi Tungi Luzolo is an agricultural engineer specializing in natural resource management (water and forests). Since 2018, he has been working as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing Analyst at the Central African Forest Satellite Observatory (OSFAC). In this role, he actively contributes to forest cover monitoring, land use mapping, and spatial analysis across Congo Basin countries....



In parallel, he leads capacity-building activities in GIS, remote sensing, and cartography, supporting various institutional and technical partners in strengthening their skills. Since 2018, he has also served as a Junior Lecturer at the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences and Environment at the University of Kinshasa.
